Coaching Philosophy
BGpitching is solely about optimizing an athlete’s potential. I care about the individual player and how we can work together to get the most out of them. There is never a “cookie-cutter” program and every pitcher will be analyzed differently. With my experience in the game I have the knowledge to bridge the old school type of coaching with the new school. Developing pitchers is my passion and I strive to give my clients the best possible tools and resources to reach their goals.

Jun 2014 - Oct 2020Drafted in the 3rd round by the Orioles in 2014 reaching AA by the age of 22 and AAA by age 23.
Colorado Rockies

Nov 2021 - Nov 2022Signed as FA with the Rockies where I was part of the 60 man alternate site roster. Spent the season in AA and AAA , ending the season with a 31% k rate.
Washington Nationals

Jan 2022 - Sep 2023Signed as FA where I spent the 23’ season in AA. Had a 3.40 ERA out of the bullpen.

Dec 2022 - Nov 2023Signed as FA after posting a 1.20 ERA in Winter ball. Unfortunately ended up having a surgery and cut my year short.
