Coaching Philosophy
I use evidence-based approaches to training all of our baseball AND softball catchers, from youth players to NCAA athletes, to my MLB clients. I focus on building the process through advanced understandings of biomechanics and physiology, achieving the most efficient approach to any skill behind the plate. I use the latest data and advanced analytics available to help shape the approaches used and the long-term development plan for each catcher individually. My program has worked with over 16,000 athletes over the last 23 years, and I am currently working with Major League Baseball starting catchers as well as NCAA Division 1 softball catchers.
