Coaching Philosophy

I am the type of coach who can help any player find what works best for them. I will find different drills, wording, or video feedback that fits each individual athlete. I believe in teaching how to generating power, great mechanics, and then refining our control once we have both of those skills in our game. I am versed in high level throwing techniques (not a certified instructor). I can implement those techniques into our lessons to help an athlete become a well rounded player. I look forward to working with these athletes on this platform.
