I have a perfect mix of playing the game at the highest level and also Being able to relate too my players . I’ve experienced everything in the game but the World Series . Been one of the worst players in baseball also experienced being one of the best . Being a late round player out of the draft force be to grind and believe . In 3 years I was the number 1 prospect in baseball . Went on to play parts of 6 years in the big leagues . All star in 2013. And played 13 professional. What separates me from our coaches . I work for my players . My players dont work for me . Im open minded . I’m here to make players better men . What I teach works for every area of life
