Coaching Philosophy
My coaching focuses on instruction and development with an emphasis on positivity. As a father of four, I’ve mainly coached baseball but also softball, boys basketball, and girls basketball. One thing I’ve noticed is that players who feel good play good. My coaching style is also collaborative and teaching; it’s not just me telling you what to do, but asking questions and having a discussion. I want you to not only do things better, but I want you to understand *why*.

Aug 2000 - May 2001Played baseball my senior year of college for the University of New Hampshire. UNH had eliminated varsity baseball in 1997 (my freshman year) but it was brought back as an intercollegiate club sport in 2000 (my senior year). I played on the team that year and now the program is one of the top club baseball teams in the country.

Jul 2022 - Feb 2025Head coach for Indiana Titans baseball. The Titans are one of the biggest and top travel baseball organizations in Indiana. I’ve head coached a team for two years and counting, in 13U and now 14U.
Brownsburg Baseball Club

Jul 2017 - Jul 2021Assistant coach for a Brownsburg Baseball Club (BBC) team. BBC is a travel organization run out of the Brownsburg Little League. I was an assistant coach for the Purple (A team) BBC from 8U to 11U.
