Coaching Philosophy
Individualization is key. My philosophy is to find the philosophy that works best for the player. I may have 50 different ways to teach 50 different players. Hitting is complex and we want to find clear ways to address the complex problems. My experience as a professional team coach, private coach, record breaking college hitter, and education in human movement give me the ability to see what most might overlook when it comes to hitting movements and game approach.
