With 14 years of professional experience, a decade of MLB experience, and 6 surgeries spanning 2017-2024 contributing to over 7 years of rehabilitation experience; my career has been defined by perseverance, an unwavering work ethic, and a steadfast commitment to growth. I leverage the knowledge I've gained from in-game experience, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation & prevention, strength & conditioning, mental skills, and the integration of data analysis to enhance player performance and health.
