Coaching Philosophy
I will use my experiences and training I have learned over the years to help bring out the best in every athlete . I focus on all aspects of training and work on athletes weaknesses to become their strengths through hard work and understanding. Also putting an emphasis on the mental aspect of the game.

Jun 1995 - Jun 2016I was drafted by the Chicago Cubs in the 47th out of Milton High School. Went to Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College where I was also elected to their sports Hall of Fame. Signed with the Cubs in 1995 and began my professional career. Played professionally for 22 years from 1995-2016. After baseball I played semi pro football for the Orlando Phantoms where we won 3 National Bowl Championships and 2 League Championships. I was also selected to 2 Allstar games as defensive of end. I have been coaching and training for the past 8 years now helping share my passion and knowledge.
