Coaching Philosophy
My goal is to develop the whole athlete and not just their pitching skills. I also strive to answer the why in every drill that is prescribed so the pitcher understands not only what needs to be changed but the benefit to be gained by focusing on it. My approach leans heavily on increasing body awareness for my athletes because this is what ultimately allows them to make the in game adjustments they need to dominate on the mound. More than anything else though, I want my athletes to experience joy when they pitch and feel pride for all they’ve accomplished through the lessons learned on the mound.
