Coaching Philosophy
Helping players set up a routine, plan and approach so the game slows down for them. Confidence building and trusting the process! Currently do 225-250 lessons per month in person at ASBA in Pennsylvania. The Director of all 85 travel teams within All Star Baseball Academy. Run ADV Hitting and ADV Fielding Classes. Work with the MLBPAA as well for Coaches Clinics and Legends of Youth Clinics. Focus on how to overcome failure, how to return on the field after injury and not be timid. I had a serious foot surgery and was told I wasn’t going to be able to play again. I took that as motivation and fulfilled my dream to get to MLB
